Hypnosis

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is natural.  Everyone experiences it daily as they go into and come out of sleep, when doing anything boring or routine, when staring, or concentrating intently.  Daydreaming is an example of the hypnotic state.   The hypnotic state is a normal, daily experience.  Hypnosis is a deliberate inducement and deepening of this natural state for the purpose of achieving a preselected goal.  In hypnosis you are: completely aware, hear everything, your senses become more acute, your concentration increases and the mind sharply focuses.   You become very relaxed but you are NOT asleep.  In hypnosis you can access your creativity, memories, habits, emotions, body controls (i.e. healing abilities/ metabolism/ digestion/ circulation/ more), and automatic pilot.
Anyone can be hypnotized who wants to be.  Being hypnotized is only a matter of wanting to and allowing it to happen.  You are always in control.  Hypnosis requires consent, trust and cooperation.  It cannot force you to do anything. A hypnotist only assists your own power, never overrules it.   Hypnosis empowers you to do what you have already decided that you want to do, and be what you want to be.  Hypnosis is the tool that allows you to be master of your fate, captain of your own soul. Hypnosis allows you to create your own reality.  You can learn to move from being a victim to victor of your circumstances, and create your own luck.
Hypnosis is useful for all areas of your life.  You can use it to learn new habits such as sales/ sports/ performance/ study skills: develop creativity and ideas; break old habits such as compulsive eating, smoking, addictions and all self-defeating behavior; strengthen the immune system, speed up healing, remove pain and phobia blocks; manage goals and stress; strengthen self-esteem; maximize your potential; understand and heal present and past life trauma.  Use it to experience more of a flow rather than a battle within yourself!
